Our Purpose

To promote and improve the quality of life in the manufactured home community.

To educate manufactured-home owners regarding local and state legislation which may affect them.

To advocate for your needs with the local government.

To understand your rights and responsibilities as home owners.

To use mediation and other approaches to help homeowners resolve conflicts with the park owners.

To help parks face unwelcome condo conversion.
Our Goal

​Our goal is to have all senior parks under rent control designated as senior housing by zoning overlay to prevent their designations from being changed to all-age parks.

We also need the "in-place transfer"provision that was applied to all the parks at 10% to be lowered to 5%.​​
